Cream of Vegetable Soup

This cream of vegetable soup is one of the simplest and most comforting soups to make. Fresh vegetables are gently cooked and blended into a smooth, velvety soup that feels both nourishing and satisfying. I love making this soup because it’s wholesome, easy to prepare, and perfect for enjoying on a quiet day at home.

Ingredients:

1 sweet potato

2 yellow potatoes

1 sweet onion

2 garlic cloves

1 zucchini

A handful of parsley

3 tablespoons of your favorite spices

2 cubes of butter

2 cups water

How to Prepare:

  1. Chop all vegetables in large chunks.

  2. Place all in pressure cooker.

  3. Add spices and mix together well.

  4. Add water (to cover only halfway of vegetables, not more)

  5. Cook on HIGH pressure for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.

  6. Once cooled, pulse all together until creamy consistency is reached.

  7. Add butter and stir.
