Bulgarian Celebration Pitka Bread
Pitka is a traditional Bulgarian bread that is often made for gatherings and special occasions. With its soft interior and golden crust, it’s perfect for tearing and sharing at the table. I love baking pitka because the smell of fresh bread filling the kitchen always makes a meal feel even more special.
